Shipping and Returns

Product Delivery: Australia Wide 

Katalin Beth Designs uses Australia Post to deliver all parcels Australia wide. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payments.

We post on Wednesdays and Fridays.

All our parcels are lodged at a post office and can be tracked. We email to confirm that your parcel has been sent and provide you with a tracking number.

(New Zealand, Japan, US and Canada) 

We welcome international transactions and will happily deliver purchases to locations in New Zealand, US and Canada where International Registered Post is offered.  Postage charges are calculated on the size/weight and destination of an order.

If you are purchasing and order larger than 500g, contact us before finalising the order. Please email us at katalinbet@gmail.com to confirm a delivery price.

Please be aware that any customs charges, which vary from country to country, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and you should contact your local Custom's Office for additional information and/or rates.

Note -  Katalin Beth Designs takes no responsibility for the loss of, and or damage of goods caused by the delivery process on any parcels posted either within Australia or Internationally.

Returns and Refunds


Katalin Beth Designs strives to provide you with products that are of high quality and integrity.  If for some reason you have a problem with your purchase then please email and we will try our very best to replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item in full.

Returns

Returns can be made up to 21 days from receipt of purchase and any returns after 21 days are not accepted.

All items must be in the same original condition received, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging with labels attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To arrange for an exchange or refund, please contact us at katalinbet@gmail.com providing your full name, the invoice number, a brief item description and reason for return.


Non-returnable/refundable items:  

1. Downloadable digital products. Please ensure you have ordered these items correctly. Product descriptions are very detailed.  Due to the nature of downloaded digital products, refunds are not acceptable.

2. Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
